Rafer is on trial this week for his DWI arrest from this past summer. Fortunately for him, the prosecutor is not allowed to use his on-court game film from last November to prove he is habitually drunk. No one shoots that bad while sober.

(what's that? He was not drunk on the court? He just sucked? My whole theory is now ruined... ruined!!!)

Yeah, I use the Chewbacca Defense as much as possible. I even used in in a response to a Summary Judgment motion once (without actually using the words “Chewbacca Defense”).

… and, naturally, that is the name of my office-league fantasy football team.
