Well so much for that... Ron Artest Out tonight

Ron will sit tonight and is questionable to play Saturday night against the Jazz.  The team wants him to get rest for his ankle, but why these two games?

In other news, Joey Dorsey is going down to the D league to get some playing time.  I'm all for that.

Jazz game is Saturday, not Hornets

I’ll wait and let Dave go off about “Satuurday”

and yet...

Lee loves to claim he’s a good speller. But I have to edit for him.

A couple of things

1. Making typos doesn’t mean I don’t know how to spell
2. You two jackasses have editing power, just fix it ;-)
3. I SAID I WAS STILL ON VACATION!!!!

be that way

Okay, Bad Santa, you finish up your vacation there… ;-)

I hope...

It could be that they’re only letting him play in one of these two games, because it’s a back-2-back.

Instead of making the trip to play the Hornets and miss the Saturday game, they chose to let him sit this one out and play vs Utah.

That would make sense

If Utah was the better team. But in this case, it’s New Orleans. Maybe he just can’t go tonight and something acted up – who knows why he’s not playing.

on the other hand

the Hornets were absolutely putrid yesterday.

The Jazz will probably look worse.

No Booze.
No ’Sap.
Deron is still hurting.
Okur will be too… if he plays.

We’re down to like 9 healthy players… and that includes Kyrylo Fesenko (already in the doghouse), Kosta Koufos (a rookie), Kyle Korver (been injured all season, which is affecting him) & Morris Almond (who thinks he’s Kobe offensively, except that his shot falls even less).

MORRIS

I love Morris – former hometown Rice Owl. Here’s to him scoring 40 and everyone else doing absolutely nothing.
