i liked the output from brooks and conroy.
budinger struggled to shoot the 3, but he was pretty effective at it during the summer league so i’m thinking maybe a bad night. rebounding made up for the poor shooting performance
david andersen’s 4th quarter burst probably got us the game.
still waiting for that consistency from ariza, still a bit early to make too much of a judgment.
garrett temple was horrible – all he did was turn the ball over and miss a few shots

He's not a great shooter.
Needs to take it inside more often, instead of settling for jumpers.

Was he worth it?
I know it’s early but Ariza’s performace in this past two games make me question whether or not he was worth his contract.
Yeah he is athletic but needs to adjust his game to the rockets needs.
He was 0-4 on 3s and didn’t need to take a couple since he had a defender in front of him, very sloppy on some drives… just needs a lot of work to reach the expectations
Pretty solid game from Conroy and Andersen.
Dorsey and Pops will prob go down to the last game to see who gets the last roster spot
There’s definitely no room for Temple in this team…
Did BRIAN COOK really do that? reverse layup on the drive? I couldn’t believe my eyes
I’m glad the second unit got us back in the game and won it, even though this games are not worth much, it feels good to see my team win. GO ROCKETS!

That move by Cook was nothing
I think I saw him pull off a dream shake vs San Antonio!
And how about Pops going HARD to the basket? I like to see that kind of intensity.

Paint!
When I looked at the stats, I was actually surprised to see that the Rockets had 30 pts to the Celtics 32 points!
I know they are not stacked with a big center, but they are still big time in the NBA and to me that is definitely a positive!!

Brian COok got four rebounds!
That’s not … horrible! I mean, if you bring it out to per-36’s, it’s almost 10!
How did that happen?!?

I know this doesnt mean anything...
but so far the Rockets have been perfect, they won all the summer league games and preseason games, it’ll be interesting to see how they play against the Magic…
