Here are (some of) the Rockets Power Ranking positions...
ESPN has Houston ranked at number 11 (up from #12).

Fox Sports also has Houston ranked at number 11 (also up from #12).

Going by SRS (nothing special, but at least it takes opponent strength and win-margin into account)
the Rockets are 7th in NBA right now.

The only problem with that theory is…
… that at 7-6, their record doesn’t reflect that of the 7th best team in the NBA.
I would be thrilled if their record was the 7th best in the NBA but it’s not…
I had to stop arguing with drunks, Steeler fans, and all other fools.
It was making my brick wall jealous...
