... the Houston Rockets are now ranked as the 8th best NBA team according to ESPN:

That is up one spot from last week, when they were ranked 9th.
Fox Sports agrees with ESPN on this:

They too have Houston rated as the 8th best NBA team... up one spot from 9th last week.
