What can Yao do about a fronting defense when defenders are allowed to foul him with immunity, while he gets called for everything and nothing.

that was – without question – the worst-officiated game I’ve seen in years. And that includes every game in Utah. When defenses are allowed to keep Yao from getting the ball by fouling him at every opportunity, and they are not punished for it (either by the refs or the perimeter shooters), then the Rockets are going to lose. That’s no indictment of Yao – if defenses were allowed to foul Kobe or Lebron or Howard at every opportunity to keep them from getting the ball, their teams would lose, too.
