Birdman!!

The rockets need to get a solid backup center for next year. Yao is getting old and is very injury prone. I say trade Carl Landry for the BIRDMAN straight up. When this happens,

1) Move Scola to the 3

2) Move Yao to the 4

3) The BIRDMAN sits in his nest and waits for his prey!!

Not 1 team would be able to stop this!! By far the best back court in the NBA. Long live SCOLA!!

1) Scola can’t play the 3 (oddly enough, Landry sorta can)
2) Andersen is a Free Agent.

birdman isnt leaving denver easily. his mentor that helped him get back on his feet lives there.

money talks though. i think birdman’s hit his ceiling. landry still has a ways to get there.

Yea good plan...

Plus we definitely wouldn’t want a 7’6 giant to play center anymore

what's next?

Should I get the “Scola for God” posters ready?

How many Biletnikoffs does he have? NOT TWO!

true

Or at least, we thought you’d already started the campaign for Scola.

Scola can play the 3

This is a great plan, Scola can play the 3 and would create all sorts of mismatch problems and with Yao and Birdman in the paint teams would have to resort to firing from long range…nobody can get near the BirdmanĀ“s nest and Scola is impossible to stop, he would be a great Lebron stopper!

I think you're on to something.

We could play Yao at the PG (to create a size mismatch) and start Brooks at the center (to create a speed mismatch.)

I can’t believe no one has thought of this before!
