Cavs' Dynamic Duo ?! vs. Houston's "Rush Hour"tandem+Co.

Lets have a breather for a while, take timeout.  One of the News maker today is the  "The new dynamic duo "of  the Cavaliers unfolds in the name of Shaq & Le Bron... Well  Houston have their own...Rush Hour Tandem of Yao (taller version of Jackie Chan) and Brooks (the smaller version of Chris Tucker) not to mention the  "Argentinian Zorro" in the name of Scola, Shane"CENA' Battier..Ron "the Beast" Artest..etc.

Well,  Cavs have their  dynamic duo and the sesame streets supporting cast of Z the "big bird" and MO 'Ernie"Williams. At least they get rid of  Ben the "cookie monster" Wallace to unload them of a weak roster.

In Reality, HOUSTON is stil the better team than Cleveland. The Cavs have only two solid players on them, poor  supporting casts, while the Rockets have A SOLID TEAM plus the new BLT Kid on the block, Budinger,Llull,Taylor.

Well just wait and see this coming season..who will emerge the real superhero.

Drafting for gems

I’ll get back to my top point in a minute, but Houston’s TEAM is still superior to Cleveland’s team. If you took the best players on that team, LeBron’s #1, but Yao, Artest, Scola and Brooks are 2-5 (Brooks barely over Mo Williams). I’m just not that sold on Mo Williams being a great player. Shaq is past his prime, but still one of the top 5 centers in the game.

As for our draft. If we hit on 1 of the 3 guys we got, then I’ll be happy. Taylor looks to me like a Gilbert Arenas type guy who can come in and score a ton. Buddinger reminds me of another current Houston Rocket (Brent Barry anyone). Llull will be our overseas stash who could come over in the next 1-2 years. All in all, nice depth additions. This probably means we say goodbye to Von Wafer though. I loved the Vonhawk, but there are some things that are just unforgivable.

Von Wafer

will be more than happy to play for New York or Golden State – somewhere that he can really cut loose and play some fast break ball.

Von should stay. I like that guys energy

It got the best of him one time. i don’t think we should throw him out for that. The guy just wanted to win.

I like his NRG too...but

With the draft picks that Houston made, it looks like they’re embracing for the loss of the Vonhawk. I can totally see Von Wafer going to a team like New Orleans, a club that needs bench help, and probably doing what he’s doing now.

We should be focusing on the following:
1.) Resign Ron Artest
2.) Find someone who won’t mind taking Dikembe’s role
3.) Figure out what to do with McGrady
