Yao or not, Artest wants to return to Rockets
While the last thing we need is for Ron Artest to be "in charge" (assuming the worst for Yao), this is nonetheless good news.

Alot Of Free Agency Is Tonight..So Will The Rockets Make A Power Move For A Center Now?
We need to shop for a center whether its curry, camby, martin, etc.
the rockets are hurt rtight now without a true sizable center that can contribute.
It Is Mr.Morely’s job to see that something happens good in reference
to this team needs for a center.
looks like we need a center and also a backup player just to have a little insurance
at that position.
Shift some of these draft picks we have and a player for a Vet Player Or A Couple Of Vet Players.
I see nothing really big from morely going down tonight at this point.
So lets wait and see who will call us or will the Rockets get on the phone and call
a few teams tonight about…. " Lets Make A deal Like Monty Hall"
NOW OPEN YOUR WALLETS CAUSE I CANT CALL IT.

To be honest, if Yao is out we need T-Mac in. Otherwise Artest will screw up the team by jacking up tons of shots.

we need Artest for his defense
Artest gives the Rockets a toughness that few can give and I think I agree with mr.duce11, we should shift some of our draft pics and get a true center.
I dont know how its going to be done but all I gotta say is in Morey we trust…

Artest is a much better fit here
If I have to pick only one reason why Artest would stay in Houston, it would be that he loves to play for Adelman, that is a huge factor for him…
If you ignore all his comments on how he wants to stay here (could be bs, I dont think it is), there are very few teams that can match the type of salary that he wants, and there are fewer teams that would take a “risk” on him…

well, sure they can sign him.
if the Lakers want to give up both Odom and Ariza.
