Tracy McGrady: The Likeliest to be Traded Next Season
This, according to ESPN's Chris Sheridan, who, in his description of McGrady's trade value, boldly became the first writer to ever make a joke about Tracy McGrady's lack of playoff success. What a classy guy.

Umm
for those of us who aren’t ESPN Insiders, is there any way you could post the T-Mac part only? Or something?
How many Biletnikoffs does he have? NOT TWO!
Was a pretty pathetic list
He lost all credibility when he had the Knicks’ Eddie Curry as the SECOND most likely to be traded. Eddie Curry who has eaten his way off the court and who has TWO more yrs on his contract. Not even Memphis would take his carcass.
Eddy Curry is going to get bought out of his second year
People keep saying he has a second year, but really that’s not going to ever happen if he gets traded. In fact, he’ll likely get both years bought out

Eddie Curry's Immovable Mound (Props to Donnie Walsh if he trades that guy) and...
Wilson Chandler? Really? This guy is due for $2 and $3 million next year and the year after, and hes looking to be a pretty good ball player. I know they’re trying to get cap space for one or two max contracts, and I know it’ll be hard with the falling salary cap, but they’re gonna need more than two players.

Thanks a bunch
Yeah, this guy is seriously a douche, not to mention a nincompoop.

McGrady’s $23.2 million salary will come off the books in the summer of ‘10, and McGrady (don’t laugh here) could make the difference for a legit title contender (OK, we take that back, history permits you to laugh) if he’s back from microfracture surgery by January and can show something in the weeks leading up to the deadline.
How does “history permit you to laugh?” When was McGrady ever on a “legit title contender?” The closest he ever came was the ’08 Rockets team (55 wins). Maybe the ’07 team. That would have been different had Grant Hill stayed healthy or had Tracy been healthy last season, but McGrady has simply never been on a team that was anything but a dark horse for the championship.
Your friendly neighborhood Dream Shake mod.
here he's saying he'd be a difference
But let’s say he does in fact get traded to a contender who goes far in the playoffs. I guarantee this guy would be the first to dismiss the playoff victory and say, “He didn’t lead the team, so it doesn’t count.”

Not to mention
What title contender can put together enough contracts, that the Rockets want, and still be a title contender with that salary??
