Solomon thinks Brooks needs to be the new leader

He makes a decent attempt in his case for Aaron Brooks to be the new leader for the Rockets, however I think this is a little far-fetched. Maybe Solomon is thinking about putting Brooks in his fantasy league, who knows. Nothing will replace Battier in the locker room as a leader until he either gets traded or retires.

I’m not sure how Brooks is going to be a huge leader now that Tmac is ahead of schedule and ready to take over. I see Brooks becoming more of a leader but I’m sure it’s going to be Tracy’s show, and Battier will be the real leader.

But I can’t wait for Oct. 6 man! I’m dying here waiting for preseason to start, and 2k10 comes out. ;]

Don’t forget the Rockets are encouraging Scola to step up and be a more vocal leader on the team.
