I dont really know where I stand on the subject but would like to hear what other people have to say about it. What rules do you think would need to be in place in order to have a hard cap? Or should there even be a cap at all? NHL and NFL have hard caps. MLB does not have a cap. NBA has a soft cap. Go ahead and vote and explain your answers.
