I keep asking myself that question. Their record says they do. Their defense says they cant compete. They havent beat any good teams. But on the other hand they have 2 starters out. And on top of that, when Yao is in, hes only limited to 24 minutes. There hasn't been a consistent lineup to fine tune and build chemistry.

Budinger, Hill, and C.Lee and Ish seem like a really good bench with high energy, even though Chase is struggling shooting the ball right now. Only if they could get a consistent rotation going.

But then I see them get sliced apart yesterday by the Suns. And I think REALLY?? You cant stop a pick and roll????You are freaking NBA player and Coaches and you cant stop the Suns from making you switch?? Scola had to guard Nash all game! The completely did exactly what they wanted on offense.

Makes me start to think the Rockets might tank this season for a high draft pick and to start over in a center position and let Yao go after the season. What else can explain the Rockets playing so bad and effortless on defense? I mean a PICK & ROLL, you learn how to defend that in middle school!!!

AAAAAAND....Who else feels like PUNCHING CLYDE Drexler in the face?? I want him gone from announcing home games!! Hes the guy that kicks you while you are on the ground already hurt. I feel like im watching the other teams announcers when Clyde is speaking, always praising the other teams players on how good they are and how bad the Rockets suck.  He states the obvious things and half of the shit he says is not even true! I cant stand watching home games anymore!! Does anyone else feel the same????
