I'll get to the real point of this article later, but right now I'm really excited with the Rockets roster we have.  Of course, beating up a bunch of patsies will do that to you, but I think we're one "outside the system scorer" away from being up there with Dallas and San Antonio for the playoff chase.  (I think by season's end [if we make a trade] Houston, Dallas, San Antonio and the Lakers will be the top 4 teams in the West, with those Utah a$$holes and OK City morons jostling for the 4-5 spots.

Now to the point.  I read a lot of Chron.com for my local sports fix, and all I see are articles glorifying the mediocrity of the Astros and the Texans.  I read at least 4 blogs dedicated to celebrating mediocrity amongst those teams.  Clint Barmes is acquired and there's 2 blogs breaking it down plus a Richard Justice column about the move.  Bill Hall is signed and there are 4 blogs dedicated to how the Astros are shrewd in free agency and are not making any missteps on the market.

We get Terrence Williams and nothing shows up for 2 days.  WTF?!?!?!?!?!?!

What is it about our own city paper and how they don't write about our Rockets team?  Is it because we don't have a polarizing owner?  Is it because we don't have a team that has mastered the art of starting slow, playing catchup and then losing?  I want to read about the Rockets.  I want to read more about Rockets news. 

Which is why I say I love reading on Dream Shake.  Keep the news coming guys.
