Llull has been playing extremely well lately.

Yesterday he had 17 points against Montepaschi Siena in a very important Euroleague Top16 game, including a late three-pointer that gave Real the tie-breaker over Siena (might be important if both teams finish with the same number of wins in this 2nd group phase).

High-efficiency guy even if he's not used on the ball much. Has the tools to fit nicely. He's developing into a true key player for Real Madrid. I'd be excited.

My Buddy that follows NBA prospects closely said he would have been drafted way higher if he was drafted off potential

Thats why he was the most expensive 2nd round pick at the time. The whole contract issues killed his draft stock. Hopefully he will be able to get here next year. (2012)

Nice. If that translates at all to the NBA, he'll be a nice pickup.

As it stands, he’s fun to watch, particularly when the crowd is going, “YOOOOOLLL…!!”

I actually like Llull better than Rubio

But that’s coming off me viewing an admittedly small sample size of each player’s body of work.

I don’t think Llull has Rubios insane passing ability, but he’s a more complete player.

Significant gravitas shortfall expected in 2010.
