The Big Lead reports on Morey responding to Jerome Solomon's ridiculous article from the other day about how Rockets fans shouldn't "settle."  Usually Solomon is decent.  I have no idea what he has against what the Rockets have done, but he obviously does.

Here was Morey's twitter, pretty harsh stuff.  And by harsh, I mean completely awesome:

@JeromeSolomon Chron circulation is down every year since you joined. Wow, "analysis" w/o thought, context, or an alternative plan is easy!

Pretty much exactly the response Solomon's column should have gotten.  It was poorly written and extremely weakly thought out.  I mean, he opened it up stating that his 12 year old nephew had a better clue than he did.  That says a lot.

You tell me, why is it not okay for Rockets fans to be intelligent enough to know this season was just a place holder?
