Right now i think it is down to Cleveland,Chicago,Miami or Houston for Bosh. Reports on ESPN say Lebron has been trying to get Bosh to come to the Cavs for weeks, but Bosh does not want to go there. I heard in the past he just wants to play in a warm city, but with the possibility of playing in Chicago I had too throw that idea out. Varejao and Hickson have been mentioned in the trade, and if its true I can't see why the Raps don't want Scola who is better, but he is older.Bosh has said that he does not want to play center, just power forward, and unless the Cavs get a center, he would probably have to play it there.
Toronto already announced they wont deal with Miami, so there only chance is if he takes less.Toronto also reported they do not want Luol Deng. Toronto has a young good two in DeRozan, but need a point guard.
The next few days will show how bad Morey wants Bosh. If he really wants him he will sweeten the deal for the Raps and throw in Aaron Brooks. If we throw Brooks in, with Battier or Ariza and Scola that would be a great deal for the Raps as they will get three starters. I really like Brooks, but with the offense we will get from Bosh, and height inside, Brooks scoring will not be asked like last year. Brooks proved last year he can score, but needs to work on his turnovers, and he needs to be more consistent with his scoring. Overall he is a good guard, but Lowry fits in good as well. With more options on offense than last year with Bosh,Yao, and a full year for Martin, Lowry's pass first game is perfect for our new lineup. He is bigger then Aaron, and is better on defense. Lowry does not need many shots, but when he takes them they are mostly high percentage shots. He is great at penetration and always gets to the rim. Brooks is a better shooter, and Lowry must improve, with Yao and Bosh down low Lowry will get open shots.I hope Toronto comes to there senses, and will take Scola, and Battier or Ariza, and maybe a first round pick, but right now chances are slim.
