With Tracy McGrady(notes) signing for the veteran's minimum of $1.35 million, the Detroit Pistons now have a little bit of a crowded house at small forward and shooting guard.
Sources tell NBA.com that even though McGrady agreed upon signing to be the backup to Tayshaun Prince(notes) and Rip Hamilton, the team is likely to trade away one of them before the season starts.
Prince is the more likely candidate since he is in the last year of his contract. He averaged 13.5 points, 5.1 rebounds, and 3.3 assists per game last year.
We need another wing player...i think it would be a good move, of course, for the right price!
