Hey fellow Dream Shake bloggers, I'm back (well, I haven't been gone, just buried under a compilation of organic chemistry reactions and mechanisms...sigh, grad school). Anyways, in the midst of all this, I've been trying to keep up with all things Houston (Astros, Texans, Cougars and of course, the Rockets).
I saw this article in Chron.com last night about Yao: http://www.chron.com/disp/story.mpl/sports/bk/bkn/7202701.html
Anyways, for those of you who are not in a reading an article mood, the jist is that Yao will be limited to a 24 minute cap each game. That doesn't mean he'll play 24 minutes per game; it just means we won't see Yao out there longer than 24 minutes for any given contest.
Playing the New York Knicks: 24 minutes
Playing Dwight Howard and the Orlando Magic: 24 minutes
Squaring off with Kobe in LA: 24 minutes
You get the idea. Guys, what do you all think about this? Does this minute cap force our hands to acquire Carmelo Anthony from Denver? Does this mean we get 2 different offensive styles now (the 1/2 court Yao time, and the Speed Racer/ABZ attack?)
No cursing in title. No pirated material, such as links to online game streams. Do not cut/paste entire sections of content from other websites. Thanks.
