It's a little later than most of us anticipated, but the excitement doesn't seem to be any less than a normal NBA season. Be it rebuilding, aiming for the playoffs or just treading water until the roster gets remade, it all starts tonight as the Rockets tip off the 2011-2012 season in Orlando against the disgruntled Dwight Howard and the Magic.

Still no word if the freshly signed Samuel Dalembert will see any minutes tonight, but the signing was made official today and his shoot around was his first action with the team. Jordan Hill will get the start in the middle for Houston
