Via ESPN Harrison Barnes, along with other big names such as Jared Sullinger and Perry Jones, have decided to forgo this summer's draft and return to college hoops. In an already "shallow" draft, as it's been called all year, the depth of talent is greatly contracted by these college stars' decisions. Although these guys were almost unanimously projected to be high lottery picks, how do you think this will affect the Rocket's moves, if at all [as we're currently with pick 14 and later]? Any reason to move up or down?
