According to WOJ, Les Alexander will fly to Miami to meet Kevin McHale to discuss coaching job.

Well, this might be the sign. All three coaching candidates met with Morey, and the fact that McHale was reported as the frontrunner a couple of days ago now makes sense, because Alexander is going to Miami to meet with McHale.

I'm not sure what to think of this. McHale had some decent success while being a head coach. However, his horrific job as a GM and especially as a player evaluator cloud my judgment. I think McHale's personality and approach to the game fits a rebuilding team, but his age says otherwise.

Morey must have really been impressed if Les is going to meet McHale in Miami. My guess now is that McHale will be the future Head Coach of the Rockets, considering he's getting the last look. Or at least that's my interpretation.
