I hate you guys. Not all of you, but statistically speaking, about one-fourth of you.
You voted for Jimmer Fredette. The Rockets have two point guards who are better than Fredette. That makes a lot of sense.
Jimmer doesn't do it for me like Jimmer does it for other people. Fine, he can shoot. That's cool. So can a bundle of other players. Can he play defense? Not likely. Can he pass the ball? We don't know. Would I rather have Goran Dragic? Yes. Yes, I would.
Sure, I'm being closed-minded. Fredette could turn out to be very good. It's not that I think he's a useless pick; it's that I don't think he is right for Houston. He's a redundant player on a roster already set with Dragic. Give me Chris Singleton, or Tobias Harris, or Jordan Hamilton. Give me someone who can do something different for the Rockets, someone other than Jimmer Fredette.
