We have ground to a halt at TDS. Kind of like the sport in general. I won't go into who is to blame, I don't really care enough to beat that horse. We want our basketball back. Question is, what can we actually do about it? Direct contact won't help much but if you still have one of those "why aren't you renewing your season tickets" emails like I got, now would be a good time to reply.
Other options are also limited. If you live in Houston, I would think that bitching at your city representative about all the money that got put into Toyota Center only to have the owners decide not to play unless they get their way might be fun.
As I live in Sugar Land, that is not a viable option for me, and I already responded to the season ticket request. I do have plans to tell Comcast to shove the cable/internet and $124 bill that goes with it if we do miss the season. With any luck I should have other cheaper internet options by then and I can get broadcast TV with an antenna. I have turned the service off before and know that they will ask why. I will tell them that without NBA it is not worth the money.
Hey gang it ain't much but it will make me feel better. Anyone else got any ideas?
