The lockout might still be pending in the NBA (and who knows how long it will have to continue), but over on the other side of the Atlantic, folks are getting hyped over the oncoming Eurobasket, the european championships. The participants' list contains traditional powerhouses, dangerous underdogs and cannon fodder, just like every serious tournament, and it figures to be even more intense than previous years, if only because many NBAers decided to join their respective national teams. I plan to watch as much of it as I can, and would love to discuss it with everybody over here, even though there's no real Rocket interest save Llull. I can write recaps of games or whatever, if there's interest (if anybody is interested in my special european insight :P).
