That keeps getting thrown around but I think people forget how big a slap in the face it is by a team to say "We don't want you."
The majority of the time you get them on qualifying offers AT BEST if they sign at all. Qualifying one year offers are very rare.

Not sure why you wouldn’t like that. That’s why his dropoff in three point shooting wasn’t such a killer for last year — he got to the basket and to the line more. He hasn’t done that as much this year, and that’s why his productivity has been down.

It was a wide open mid-range shoot, usually very effective shot.

The heat got that treatement because of the way they went about everything
With Lebron and the decision and the big celebration and them saying they would win more than 6 championships, I think if they went about it a different way, people would be a lot more positive about them
