It's really great to have you on the team, it really is. You're playing great defense against top notch defenders, you've been a rebounding machine, and you've shown much better skills at catching the ball down low than we all expected. For this, we really have to tell you thank you. You've more than shown that you deserve the money we're paying you.

All this being said, we have one problem with your play: you can't finish inside. You're shooting 41% from the field this year (one of the worst for starters at your position) and all of your attempts have come from right underneath the basket. This is very bad, and we believe it has something to do with the way you're shooting those shots. You're seven feet tall, but rather than dunking, you keep choosing to attempt to lay the ball in off the glass, and you're missing repeatedly.

Omer, you are a big, strong, burly man, and you should not be worried about getting blocked when you attempt to dunk. If you just jump up, and shove the ball into the hoop, good things will happen.
