The Rockets are the youngest team in the NBA. They've gone through and will continue to go through some growing pains, but they've only played together for an extremely short period of time so far; and in that short time, they've shown glimpses of greatness. James Harden & Omer Asik have been our rocks, but other players like Chandler Parsons, Marcus Morris, Carlos Delfino, Toney Douglas, & Greg Smith have also stepped up for the Rockets. We should only get better with time and experience, not to mention that max contract we have available for the 'right player'...

I'm so excited to see what this Rockets team will do in the future! It's a great time to be a Rockets fan! This is what we've been waiting for since poor Yao Ming had to disappointingly retire due to chronic injuries! I believe this Rockets team, although still a work in progress, has all the potential to be the rightful successor to that gritty, exciting 2009 underdog Rockets team with Yao Ming, Metta World Peace (the player formerly known as Ron Artest when he played for the Rockets), Chuck Hayes, Luis Scola, Carl Landry, Shane Battier, Kyle Lowry, & Aaron Brooks that gave Kobe Bryant & the Lakers all they could handle, taking them to seven in the playoffs, even after Yao Ming went down with an injury. I know it may take some time before we reach our potential, but I'm going to enjoy the ride! This is the beginning of a very special Rockets team, and one thing I've learned being a life-long sports fan is that these kind of really special teams don't come around very often, and when they do, you better enjoy it and recognize & appreciate just how special it is because it won't last forever! I don't know about you, but me?!! I'm all in, baby! Go Rockets!!!
