A much bigger deal for the here and now than the NBA age limit IMO.
Nothing would be better for the Rockets than an infusion of depth. If Lowry can come back soon, even if he doesn't start right away, this is a HUGE boon for the Rockets. You could even go Lowry/Dragic backcourt again and watch the fur fly. I know this is just a step in the recovery process, but anyone that cares about HTown should be excited.
Now that only leaves KMart.
