I stayed up until 3 a.m. to follow this game via freakin' Gamecast and Twitterfeed. The last time I did that - we lost - so I was really nervous. Plus, this is the Spurs. THE SPURS. It may also be the reason why the zombie-like me didn't mind looking like something the cat dragged in the next morning. THIS was so worth it. I don't even mind not actually seeing the game. I guess I am a Rockets fan.
Now we all have Jay's .gifs to look at - again and again - to remind us of this game. We've had many memorable games this year, huh? And they are all immortalized in .gifs.
Thanks again, Jay! In honor of this huge contribution, the .gifs are according to how Jay described them.
Enjoy!
Greg Smith's in-your-face dunk
The first one is all about the bench reaction.
First, it was T-Rob throwing one towel and James throwing two!
And here is the dunk - so fine- there are four different angles. (OF COURSE)
A five-point turnaround
Down by 4, after a CP turnover...
Bev made one of the most important defensive plays of the game - a chase down block on a fastbreak!
And then CP redeemed himself and made a three!
Oh, I got a heart attack by just seeing this (following .gif) on tape
Dunno if anyone who watched it live survived...
With 10 seconds left, Los dribbled on some Spur's foot and the ball's lost. Fortunate enough to get a time-out of it. But the main point of the .gif is the 3 million people on the sideline calling time-out. LOL
And of course, there's James' game winner
Let the celebration begin.
We hope this fanpost eases the pain of having to wait one more day for a Rocket's game.
Feel free to comment and post links, memes and pictures you find about this awesome game.
Go, Rockets!
