Everybody and their brother has a trade idea for Asik.
Would like feedback from participants of this blog.
3 team trade involving Milwaukee, Dallas, and Houston.
Houston gives up: Asik, Motiejunas, and Brewer
Dallas gives up: Marion, Dalembert, Devin Harris, and Dejuan Blair
Milwaukee gives up: Ilyasova and Neal
Milwaukee gets: Marion, Motiejunas, and Blair
Milwaukee picks up veteran front court offense, a young power forward with offensive skills, clears Ilyasova's contract and receives Marion's expiring contract
Dallas gets: Asik, Neal, and Brewer
Dallas gets Asik, a healthy combo guard with 3-point skills in Neal, and takes on Brewer's contract and a backup athletic SF
Houston gets: Ilyasova, Dalembert, and Harris
Houston gets its stretch 4 (who is currently in a 3-point shooting slump), a usable familiar backup defensive center (not as good as Asik, but at least he plays), and some cheap point guard depth
First, would you even consider this trade? Does it help Houston?
Is it even feasible that Dallas and Milwaukee would want to do this trade?
