The phrase "Win Or Go Home" finally makes sense for the Rockets. This team showed good testicular fortitude to win at home in a game that resembled every other game in the series until the Rockets were able to pull away in the fourth. Now, they have to go win in Portland, which they have already done twice this year (counting the regular season). Given the way this series has gone, I'd say homecourt is worth about as much as the toilet paper at the Moda Center.
James Harden continues to stagnate, though he did hit the most important shot of the game--a three-pointer that stifled the expected furious Blazers' rally at the end of the fourth. However, in a game as important as this one, we cannot have him put up those kind of numbers. Aldridge was well, well below-par but Matthews and Batum stepped up to make a game of it.
Here's hoping for a well-officiated game (yeah, right). If the Rockets win, I have tickets to go to the game on Sunday!
