Context: Someone said that Steph Curry was a transcendent player. I replied saying that though he is great during this era, calling him transcendent implies that he would be great during any era of the NBA. which I disagreed with and said that he would have been considered more of a sharp shooter during most era's of the NBA and most likely manhandled during the 70's, 80's and 90's, the only other time where he might have been considered great was during the early stages of the NBA. This was almost exactly the original quote, without attacking anyone, just that I disagreed that he was transcendent. My comment was deleted once, and so I repeated it as much as I could remember after recognizing it had been deleted. It was deleted again. My last response was similar but with the last little tidbit added. Thoughts? Was I in the wrong?
This is simultaneously funny, in kinda poor taste, and on sale now at Busted Tees.
The NBA released mock-ups of championship rings for every team in the playoffs this year. Seeing the rockets ring just makes me want to get one this year that much more. Check out the rest of the rings here: https://imgur.com/a/ipUsq#8
The Rockets put a new #Pursuit wrap on the front of the Toyota Center. Nothing says 'playoffs' like Clint Capela shooting a free throw.
Well, the Pocket Rocket is matching at least. (Via @RoFloESPN)
Good to know this house, next to Royal Oaks Country Club, is staying in the Rockets family. Mobley owned it from 2001-2014. Harden paid about $2 million for it, per Realty Today. The above photo is from the Los Angeles Times.
Opponents are shooting 34.1% against Beverley from three this season. Better than last year's 39.7%. I've been ripping on him for playing a lower level of defense this year. It's not reflected in this number.
At least twice a year this is what life is like with friends who are Hawks fans.
