Why McHale Wasn't Fired (And Why This Is a Good Thing)

If you're reading this, you obviously know that the Rockets just came off of a very disappointing first-round loss in the Playoffs. There's a lot of bad feelings over this, and blame is being...

Kyle Lowry Vs. Chris Paul

I've been reading this blog for the past four years. I thought it was about time I got myself an account. I'm a Rocket's fan living in Los Angeles, hoping that we'll beat an L.A. team at least...

Rockets Make Offer To Brad Miller

This is from Feigen so I trust it. No disclosure on the offer, nor any disclosure of its viability relative to other offers via Bartelstein. Would be a useful pickup, but I'm curious whether it was LLE or a part of the MLE that we offered.

Good discussion of the huge gap in player usage rate on offense of Memphis (very high) and Houston (very low w/o Yao, TMac). For the stats oriented amongst us, this is the defining question of Houston's 2009-2010 season.

Maybe Solomon is thinking about putting Brooks in his fantasy league, who knows. Nothing will replace Battier in the locker room as a leader until he either gets traded or retires.
