I guess it was more serious than we thought.
Patrick Beverley (strained left hamstring) has been officially ruled out of today's game, at home, against Carmelo Anthony and the New York Knicks. He joins Dwight Howard (strained right knee) and Terrence Jones (leg) on the sidelines.
Dwight Howard (strained right knee) & Patrick Beverley (strained left hamstring) are both out tonight vs New York.

This will be the third time Beverley will be out of the lineup with the injury, an injury that originally happened in the second game of the season. Group that with the indefinite timetables associated with Jones and Howard, and you have a whole lot of uncertainty in Houston.
Dwight underwent the PRP therapy, last Thursday, PRP is the same procedure that Kobe Bryant used in 2013. It's known as a long-term treatment, so it remains to be seen if there will be an updated timetable for his return.
It remains to be seen, given their win against the Dallas Mavericks Saturday night, how long Houston can "hold down the fort" with two key components of their number one ranked defense missing.
The @HoustonRockets have held their opp. under 100pts 11 times, the most such games of any team this season. HOU ranks 1st in DefRtg (94.5)

Let's hope we don't have to find out.
