Jeremy Lin nets triple-double as Rockets roll past Cavaliers

The Rockets outclassed the Cavaliers and took them down as James Harden returned to the lineup.

There are times when you are simply the better team. Tonight was one of those games. The Cavaliers hung around in the first half, but with Jeremy Lin and Donatas Motiejunas turning it on in the third quarter, the Rockets pulled away for comfortable victory over the Cavs. Lin was the story for the Rockets, posting a triple-double with 15 points, 11 rebounds, and 10 assists.

Donatas Motiejunas may not have posted the biggest stat line, but was huge in changing the tide of the game with a strong third quarter. He posted a +15 +/-, and continued his strong run of play as of late. Dwight Howard had an odd 26 and 6 night, and James Harden had his workingman's 28 points.

It was the kind of game the Rockets have to win and they took care of business. On to the next one, as the Rockets take on the Suns this Wednesday night.
