Here is your open thread for All-Star weekend so as not to spam other threads. We don't have any plans for a regular metathread to use as an out of topic discussion forum since, after all, this is a sports site about the Houston Rockets and all, but the All-Star game is a big break in action and the Houston Rockets aren't competing right now. The NBA Dunk Contest rules are stupid. This is as close to "Everyone gets a gold medal" as it gets in professional sports.

Omer Asik is over talking about Dwight Howard. He has nothing to say about playing against Howard and team USA in the FIBA tournament.
