Houston Rockets vs. Golden State Warriors game preview

New, comments

The Rockets take on the Golden State Warriors in the Bay Area tonight.

As always, back-to-backs on the West Coast means a speedy preview. It's halftime of the Lakers game and the Rockets are up 21. If they blow that, this space will be filled with swear words.

For the Warriors, they played last night against the Kings. They traded MarShon Brooks and Kent Bazemore for Steve Blake, who may or may not be available tonight.

While the Rockets have owned the Warriors in previous meetings, a back-to-back on the road is always tough and it will take a 48 minute effort from the good guys tonight.

Andrew Bogut missed last night's game for the Warriors, but I expect him to be back tonight to face Dwight Howard.

Finally, keep it here for all Trade Deadline news. If this season is like any of Daryl Morey's previous ones, the Rockets will trade a bunch of guys and be shorthanded tonight.

So TDS, how do you think the Rockets will do tonight?

Tip-off is at 9:30pm CST on TNT.
