In the Rockets' loss to the Heat on Saturday night, losing wasn't the only bad thing to occur. Terrence Jones left the game with a few seconds left in the third quarter.
This was the play:
Post-game it was learned that Jones was being evaluated for a concussion, and after practice on Sunday afternoon reports came out that Jones had indeed suffered a concussion.
Corey Brewer (Rest), Clint Capela (Shoulder), Dwight Howard (Back)Terrence Jones (Concussion) & Donatas Motiejunas (back) missed practice.

For a concussion in the NBA there is no set number of days a player will miss, but there are steps that must be followed and before advancing to the next step you have to be symptom free.
Jones, joins a growing list of Rockets who are already being slowed with injuries. Dwight Howard (low back tightness) Clint Capela (sore right shoulder) and of course Donatas Motiejunas is still working himself back from off season back surgery.
If Jones needs to miss some time it should not be a major cause for concern, he has already shown plenty. This preseason Jones is averaging 11.2 points per game, 5.6 rebounds per game plus he's shooting almost 37 percent from the three point line.
