Tonight the Rockets look to bounce back after a devastating loss game against the Memphis Grizzlies.
The Rockets will probably play it safe tonight since the game is a back-to-back and against another team that will likely trot out backups since Dallas is also on a back-to-back. Of course it's preseason and these guys could probably play 30 minutes, but why would they when this is the perfect time to show off the rookies and unguaranteed guys in front of the home crowd.
Obviously that same home crowd will want to see Harden and the rest of the starters, but caution will probably prevail and those guys likely won't play much, especially Dwight.
The history with the Mavericks is an easy one to dissect, but I won't waste your time. Suffice to say that this Dallas team is very different than the one that Houston saw in the first round of the playoffs last season.
Tip-off is at 7pm CST and the game will be on Root Sports in Houston.
