The Rockets will be without starting point guard Patrick Beverley and backup small forward Kostas Papanikolaou.

Beverley is still battling a flu-like illness and Papnikolaou has sprained ankle. Jason Terry started in place of Beverly on Monday - playing 28 minutes, scored 9 points, and accounted for 2 assists in the Rockets' 113-102 win. Newly acquired guard Pablo Prigioni saw 19 minutes in his second game with the Rockets.

The Rockets welcome the Los Angeles Clippers who are without their own starter forward Blake Griffin, who is recovering from surgery to remove a staph infection. The Rockets are 0-2 against the Clippers this season including a 102-85 thumping on November 28 with Patrick Beverly out of the lineup in that game.

Tonight's Rockets-Clippers game will be Roots Sports South West and ESPN.
