Capela, 21, who was born in Switzerland, was selected in the first round of the 2014 NBA Draft with the 25th overall pick. Capela spent much of the 2014-2015 season bouncing between the Rockets and the D-League Rio Grande Valley Vipers.
Capela has averaged 7.6 points, 7.1 rebounds and 1.17 blocks in 21.6 minutes per game this season. Capela is also shooting 57.3 percent from the floor this season and would rank fourth in the NBA if he had enough attempts to qualify (he was leading the league, with enough attempts, at one point not too early in the season)
The game will take place at Air Canada Centre in Toronto on Friday, Feb. 12 at 8 p.m. CT as part of NBA All-Star 2016 and will be televised by TNT.
