There are few shows in the NBA this season more worth the price of admission than James Harden. One of Harden's main competitors for that prize visits Houston tonight: Joel Embiid.
Embiid is an NBA curiosity in every way. He's a full 7-foot-2 and broad. He can shoot three-pointers. He can dazzle with a poor man's Dream Shake or two. He can block crazy amount of shots. And his social media strat is second-to-none. That he's spent almost three full years away from basketball makes him even more engaging: he's getting better every single minute.
I'm pumped to watch this game. The Sixers may be trash outside of Embiid, but Gerald Henderson will be guarding James Harden, and Sergio Rodriguez will give the Rockets fits. I don't expect it to be a blowout, and I really expect it to be fun.
