Clint Capela went coast-to-coast for a slam dunk in the Rising Stars Challenge

It's true.

He missed this shot. Obviously.

Listen, I'm not saying the Rockets would be better if Clint Capela took some of the ball-handling responsibilities away from James Harden, I'm just saying it hasn't been tried yet.

The Swiss Roll had 12 points, 7 rebounds and an assist in the Rising Stars Challenge (you won't corrupt me with your branding, BBVA Compass!) (Dammit.). He had four dunks, including a sweet alley-oop from, I believe, Raul Neto.

Not a bad performance, and he didn't play that much. Basically, the entire game was a showcase for how freaking athletic the three young TimberwolvesAndrew Wiggins, Karl-Anthony Towns and game MVP Zach Lavine — and how much fun Kristaps Porzingis continues to be.

But Clint Capela is just so much less skilled, and so much newer to the game, than the rest of these guys, so watching him out there was fun, and hopefully that spin move boosts his confidence in what's surely a tough year for him.
