Rockets James Harden to wear Easter-themed shoes on Sunday

Harden's shoe will be 'haze salmon'-colored on Easter Sunday.

As family celebrate the Easter holiday at church, with easter bunny, egg hunts and dying eggs. Adidas is celebrating the holiday with a special line of Easter shoes. The Houston Rockets' Adidas athlete, James Harden, is included in the collection. Harden's Crazylight Boost 2.5 PE has been seen in white, red and yellow. On Sunday, we'll see in 'haze salmon'.

As part of Adidas' press release for the shoe includes:

Harden's latest player exclusive is dipped in shades of haze salmon and features a multi-layered upper with structural textures and soft, premium leather along the forefoot to deliver a lux finish. Light pink hits are featured on the laces and custom "13" wordmark while the model is also treated with a translucent outsole. Harden is set to debut the Easter colorway when the Rockets tip off against the Pacers on March 27.

I get Harden's shoe is normally a red color and to make feel more like Easter they've made the color looks like a dyed egg version of red. Except it looks like the egg that you dipped into the dye and expected to come out a different color -- the mistake egg. Who exactly is seeking out a salmon based color design?

Its great that Harden will continue to be put on a national stage with his own shoe, like many things with Harden, the choices so far with the shoes have been out there.
