Houston Rockets center Yao Ming was announced as a member of the 2016 basketball hall of fame class this week as part of the 2016 NCAA Men's Division I Basketball Tournament finals in Houston.
The Rockets haven't played a home game since the announcement. The team, of course, had a tribute for Yao on the video board at the first opportunity on Thursday against the Pheonix Suns.

The video shows highlights of Ming playing against Shaquille O'Neal in his rookie season, Yao's 2009 return to the game against the Lakers, Yao's numerous teammates through the years, and Yao at Dwight Howard's introduction in Houston.
The honor is well deserved and the Rockets as always do a great job putting together highlight videos.
Yao and former Houston Comets great Sheryl Swoopes will be inducted into the basketball hall of fame on Sept. 8-10 in Springfield, MA.
