The Rockets are back at the Toyota Center tonight, meaning Chris Paul will play in front of the home crowd for the first time this season.
The Nuggets will be without Paul Millsap, who’s out indefinitely with a wrist injury, but it’s not all candy and roses for the Rockets tonight.
Houston will be without two of its main rotation members, as both Eric Gordon and Ryan Anderson will miss the contest. Anderson is supposedly sick, while Gordon is battling a sore calf.

That means P.J. Tucker likely draws the start at power forward, and there’s a chance we see one of the Rockets’ young pieces get some time tonight. They called Zhou Qi, Troy Williams, and Briante Weber up from the Rio Grande Valley Vipers since the main squad is so shorthanded tonight.
The Nuggets are a pretty good team, even without Millsap, so the Rockets will need to be on point tonight to keep up their winning ways, especially missing so many key pieces, but as long as James Harden can keep doing what he’s been doing, the Rockets should be fine playing at home.
