Tonight is the night that the Rockets have been waiting for since May: a chance at revenge.
Houston looks for its 12th straight victory tonight as the team takes on San Antonio, who is right behind the Warriors and Rockets at 19-9, good for third in the Western Conference. The team has played most of the season without Kawhi Leonard, but he will play tonight in just his second game of the season. San Antonio lost in Kawhi’s debut Tuesday night against the Dallas Mavericks.
The Rockets will be without Luc Mbah a Moute tonight with a shoulder injury he suffered in Wednesday’s win against the Hornets.
San Antonio will be a good test for Houston as they are a team that can lock down Houston defensively and match the three-point mirage with guys like Patty Mills and Danny Green.
The game tonight will feature a playoff atmosphere and it is sure to be a test for these high-flying Rockets. Here’s to hoping they pass!
