It’s the first of two games this week against the Kevin Durant-less Golden State Warriors. Of course, the Rockets are banged up too, with Ryan Anderson down for the count for 2 weeks with an ankle sprain, and James Harden battling a jammed left wrist. He had a huge wrap around the injury after the Thunder game.
Also, the Rockets will now be without Montrezl Harrell, who will miss tonight’s contest to be there for the birth of his child.
Montrezl Harrell out tonight and Thu to be with his girlfriend who is due to deliver their child. He'll be in Oakland Fri when Nene sits..

Despite being a bit shorthanded, this is the night the Rockets need to take one from the Dubs. They’re at home and they’re playing well, while Friday night’s contest takes place at the Oracle and with the Rockets traveling in from a battle with the Trail Blazers from the night before.
The Rockets are on national TV for the second consecutive contest, this time as the prime time game on NBA TV.
Don’t forget to hit up the preview before the tip.
