The Rockets have two picks in the second round.

The Rockets don’t have a draft pick in the first round, but Houston has still found plenty of value in the second round. Rockets GM Daryl Morey has been a second-round draft pick whisper with Chandler Parsons, Chase Budinger, Isaiah Canaan and Montrezl Harrell — Max broke it down today on the website.
